Chemical Rageactive, area, affects enemies and self

Venomancer releases Acid Mist, dropping his attack interval to 0.6 / 0.55 / 0.5, regenerating an extra 50 / 75 / 100 HP per second and stripping 4 / 8 / 12 armor from enemies within 320 range. The mist lasts 15 s, cooldown 25 / 20 / 15 s.

Role: a melee brawler that heals himself while melting the armor of the entire enemy frontline. Place him in the front row where the mist covers as many targets as possible; his value grows into the mid and late game once you can upgrade him. He boosts your team's physical damage and fits Warlock, Goblin and Kira lineups.

Synergies

Goblin · species
Synergy effect: (3) 1 random piece gains +10 armor and +20 health regeneration. (6) All allied pieces gain +15 armor and +20 health regeneration.
How to play
Goblin is a defensive synergy through armor and health regeneration. Three heroes at 1 gold let you reach (3) in the first rounds: one random hero becomes noticeably sturdier and holds the front longer. (6) is only reached with the expensive heroes towards the end of the game, but it hands armor and regeneration to the whole board, which is especially valuable against physical damage. Early on, goblins are most often taken as a comfortable start that is later either completed to the full six or swapped for another build.

Kira · species
Synergy effect: (2) All Kira pieces gain the following effect: before combat starts, they devour allied pieces in the four adjacent cells whose sell price is not higher than their own, gaining 60% of their max health and attack. Devour order: left, right, behind and in front of the Kira. Devouring can trigger the appearance of Insectoid Heirs.
How to play
Kira is a synergy about one very strong piece: the Kira eats its cheap neighbours before combat and takes a large share of their health and attack, turning into a thick, hard-hitting fighter. Positioning decides everything here: inexpensive pieces you can afford to lose go next to the Kira, while valuable heroes are kept away. Both heroes are of mid and high cost, so the pair comes together in the mid and late game.
Ogre Mage
Warlock · class
Synergy effect: (2) Allied pieces gain +10% basic attack lifesteal and +10% spell lifesteal. (4) Allied pieces gain +30% basic attack lifesteal and +30% spell lifesteal. (6) Allied pieces gain +30% basic attack lifesteal and +30% spell lifesteal. Death rattle: every time any piece dies, the allied Warlock with the lowest health percentage restores 30% of its maximum health. Class trait: at the start of the battle, Warlocks convert 25% of their health into 50% mana.
How to play
Warlocks are a sustain synergy built on lifesteal: from (2) allies heal through attacks and abilities, (4) makes the effect noticeable in drawn-out fights, and (6) adds the death rattle — healing the weakest Warlock whenever anything dies on the board. The class assembles gradually: cheap heroes give you (2) early, while the higher thresholds are closed by mid- and high-cost heroes in the mid and late game. Warlocks are a good support for any fighters that need to stay alive longer.
