Terms of use
Version of 7 September 2026. Applies to the site autochesscommunity.com and the ACC Telegram bot (together, «the Service»).
1. Who we are
The Service is run by the organizers of Auto Chess Community, a non-commercial fan community of Auto Chess players (the «Organizers», «we»). ACC is not affiliated with Drodo Studio, Dragonest or any other rights holder of Auto Chess. See About ACC.
2. Acceptance
By using the Service, signing in or registering for a tournament you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update the terms; the current version is always at this address, with the date at the top. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
3. Age
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over (or the minimum age for using Telegram and Auto Chess in your country, if higher). Paid tournaments and prize payouts are for adults only, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Account
- You sign in via Telegram, Google or e-mail. One person — one account; one in-game Auto Chess ID may be linked to one account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of your nickname and in-game ID. Impersonating other players is prohibited.
- Organizers may add a player without a Telegram account (for example, from another region) on that player's request; such a player can later claim the profile.
5. Conduct
Prohibited: insults, harassment, discrimination, threats; spam and advertising; cheating in games or tournaments (win-trading, collusion, fake results, forged screenshots); attempts to break or overload the Service; publishing other people's personal data or lobby passwords; anything illegal. Violations may lead to removal of results, penalties in tournaments, restriction or deletion of the account, at the Organizers' discretion.
6. Tournaments and rating
- Each tournament has its own rules (regulations), published on the tournament page or in the community chat. Decisions of tournament administrators on disputes are final.
- Results are recorded from screenshots of the match results screen uploaded by players or moderators, including with the help of automatic recognition, and are checked by organizers. Errors may be corrected after the fact; corrections are shown with a comment.
- The community rating is calculated by a formula that we may change; the rating is recalculated from the whole history and has no monetary value.
- In paid tournaments the entry fee is stated on the tournament page, is paid to a banker of the community and goes entirely to the prize pool, which is paid out to the winners according to the announced split. A fee is refunded if the tournament is cancelled by the Organizers or if the player withdraws before the tournament start; otherwise refunds are at the Organizers' discretion.
7. ACC Coin
ACC Coin is an internal community score awarded for activity (games, tournaments, events). It is not money, not electronic money and not a security; it has no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and may be reset, changed or cancelled by the Organizers at any time, including for abuse. Community perks tied to ACC Coin are described in the rules.
8. Your content
You may upload screenshots, an avatar, a profile description, links and comments. You keep your rights to this content and grant the Organizers a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, show and distribute it within the Service and the community's channels (site, Telegram) for as long as the Service exists. Upload only what you have the right to upload. We may delete content that violates these terms.
9. Game materials
Names, images, icons and other materials of Auto Chess belong to their rights holders and are used for informational purposes of a fan community. This site grants you no rights to them.
10. Availability and liability
The Service is provided «as is», free of charge, by volunteers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or the preservation of data, and we may change or stop any part of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers are not liable for any losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including from errors in results, rating or recognition of screenshots. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We ask you to settle any dispute with the Organizers first through the contacts on the About page.
