4. Who else processes the data
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting; data is stored on a server in the EU.
- Cloudflare — traffic protection and caching in front of the site.
- Telegram — sign-in and the bot; Telegram's own policy applies to the messenger.
- Google — only if you sign in with Google.
- Resend — sending confirmation e-mails.
- Anthropic — the match results screenshot (a game image with nicknames and placements, no other personal data) is sent to the Claude model to read the table automatically. The organizers' assistant on the site may also use it.
Links to Twitch, YouTube, DonationAlerts and other external sites lead to those services and their policies.
5. Cookies
acc_session— your sign-in session.acc_vid— a random anonymous visitor ID for our visit statistics (2 years).acc_utm— the tag of the link you first came from (30 days).acc_lang— the interface language (1 year).flash— a one-time service message after an action.
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser; without the session cookie you will be signed out.
6. Retention
Account and profile data are kept while the account exists. Results, screenshots and rating history are kept as long as the community keeps its history, because other players' results and the rating depend on them. Visit statistics are kept for up to 2 years. Payment confirmations are kept for the duration of the tournament and up to a year after it.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time on the site or in the bot. You can ask us to correct data, tell what we hold about you, or delete your account: write to the bot or to the contacts on the About page. On deletion we remove the profile and contacts; past game results may remain in tournament tables under your nickname, since they are part of other players' history. EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version with its date is always at this address.
