"I am afraid we shall say goodbye now, Tanya." Claymore pulled off his iron faceplate and dried the blood from his mouth. The battle lasted a day and a night. The knights' marching route had long been disrupted, and they were losing ground. Tanya's armor was full of claw marks. The vambrace was also torn and tattered. Her wounds were still dripping blood, Tanya could only tear off her cloak and simply bandage it up. Beyond the temporary defensive line, the knights were still fighting. "Don't give up hope, sir! We will get out of here. There must be some way!" Tanya helped up the old Claymore, who was breathing heavily. Old Claymore turned his back on Tanya, his longsword flipping, his voice dropping. It was a battle of no return. Old Claymore ordered Tanya to leave. Tanya survived, and only her "Seal" could lead her to that living path.

The magic flames outside the mountain were still burning, and the pathway behind them had been cut off. The cold wind was gusting, as if wailing endlessly. Tanya led the limping warhorse into the Gaulke Mountain. Those unstoppable endless demons, like a torrent, overwhelmed the formation of the knights. Old Claymore sent her away in desperation to preserve the last hope. Tanya watched as her companions were swamped one by one by the demons, and she could only turn and leave at the cries of her mentor. The cold wind was howling at the connection point between the Gaulke Mountain and the Skyfall Bridge. Tanya had no food left. She was already even considering eating snow to stay alive. "The snow is getting heavier, we need to find a cave quickly." Not sure if she was speaking to her horse or just urging herself, Tanya was having a hard time surviving in such a harsh environment. "If we're lucky, maybe we can find something to make a fire. With the fire, I'm sure we'll be discovered by the Cave Clan or Glacier." Tanya was reassuring herself. The sacrifice of her companions should not come in exchange for her being frozen to death in the mountains.

"She is lucky. A little later and she will definitely die." Redaxe Chief saved Tanya, who was unconscious in the blizzard. "Ask her until she wakes up. Freezing unconscious in the blizzard is not a good experience." Sacred Lancer did not comment any more. The wound on Tanya's body was too serious. A few moments later, the frown stretched, and only determination remained on that drowsy face. In her dream, Tanya watched her adoptive father and mentor Claymore fade away like so many of her companions. Their bodies disappeared, but their wills stayed in Tanya's heart.
