SkullHunter
Охотник за черепами
Summon Porcupetteactive, summon
Skull Hunter calls a Porcupette to fight alongside him — one summon that lasts 30 s, on a 20 s cooldown.
Role: a cheap, well-armored front-liner who adds a free extra body to the fight — the summon soaks attacks and spreads out enemy damage. A handy early- and mid-game filler for Hunter and Cave Clan synergies.

Synergies
Synergy effect:
(2) All allies gain +150 health.
(4) All allies gain +400 health.
(6) All allies gain +400 health, plus additional health equal to 800 × the percentage of the chess player's lost health.
How to play
Cave Clan is the simplest survivability for the whole board: cheap heroes reach (2) in the first rounds, and (4) with its large health boost comes together by the mid game and makes the team noticeably thicker against any damage type. (6) needs the expensive heroes and adds more health the more player health you have already lost, making it a synergy for a player who is behind and wants to claw back through survivability.
Synergy effect:
(3) When an allied Hunter performs a basic attack, there is a 50% chance that it is a guaranteed hit and reduces the target's armor by 5 for 5 seconds.
(6) When an allied Hunter performs a basic attack, there is an 80% chance that it is a guaranteed hit and reduces the target's armor by 8 for 10 seconds.
(9) Basic attacks of allied Hunters knock the target back and launch an additional attack.
Class trait: Hunters always prioritize attacking the enemy with the lowest health within their attack range.
Knockback: forces the enemy to retreat to the cell opposite to its current facing direction; it can be dispelled.
The effects of multiple tiers are active at the same time: activating a higher tier does not deactivate a lower one.
How to play
Hunters are a ranged physical damage class: from (3) their attacks often become guaranteed hits that strip the target's armor, and (6) makes this almost constant, so the enemy front loses its protection quickly. The class is wide and cheap: (3) comes together in the first rounds, (6) in the mid game, and (9) with knockback and extra attacks is a rare late-game option. Hunters need a sturdy front line in front of them, but thanks to their targeting trait they finish off the weakest enemies on their own.
Lore
hero story
I
"Hah, you naughty little things ruined my beautiful dream!"
Eagles rubbed his head and got up from the bed, squinting his only remaining eye at the innocent little boar lying under the bed.
It was these two little guys who, together with Shire, encountered a giant bear in the jungle three days ago, and Eagles had to kill the bear and almost lost his life.
Although Eagles muttered rudely, he pulled out some dry food from the sack under the bed and threw it to the two little boars. He scooped up a large ladle of water from the water tank at the door and poured it into his mouth, then scooped up a second ladle for the two little boars.
When he put down the ladle of water, Eagles saw the flowers and fruit basket hanging in front of the cabin.
"Looks like that kid came yesterday. Why hiding? I am not going to eat him." Eagles grabbed a few berries from the basket and stuffed them into his mouth.
Eagles chose to stay in the jungle after the war. Those tragic and thrilling past events made it difficult for Eagles to blend into the peaceful life of the Cave Clan again.
But Shire was an exception. He intruded into Eagles' life and brought many unexpected things to the hunter.
"Time to hunt, you two lazy bones. Do you expect that boy to feed you for the rest of your lives?"
Recovering from injuries for so many days, no food was left in the house. Eagles took off the axe hanging on the wall and kicked the two young boars out of the door.
II
Hidden in the grass, Eagles gently chewed the hand-picked herbs in his mouth. The bitter taste made his brain incredibly clear, and his only eye was fixed on the wild deer that was drinking by the creek.
"You two, go block it. This is our rations for the week." Eagles instructed the two young boars. They could understand most of his basic commands.
Eagles picked up the axe and approached the deer, carefully parting the bushes on both sides without making a sound. The two little boars also followed Eagles' lead and surrounded it from two sides.
"Eagles! So there you are!" A childish voice rang out, startling the wild deer. It jumped away from the stream in just a second or two.
"Darn it, you little brat!" Eagles burst out in anger and turned his head at Shire.
When they first met, Shire was afraid of his angry look. But after a long time together, he found that the old hunter was just a little short-tempered — no different from the elders of the clan who had often taken care of him.
Eagles had picked fresh berries from the canopy for Shire, made him delicious meals, and even raised two young boars because of Shire's insistence. Shire believed that he was a good man.
Eagles did not think so. He did not want to be angry with a child, but it seemed that he would go hungry tonight — berries could not satisfy his appetite.
III
Eagles found himself always inexplicably tenderhearted when hunting, which was not a good sign.
Whether it was the two little boars around him or himself, as they became accustomed to a quiet life, Eagles felt increasingly uneasy.
"Hey, little guys, I'm going to leave. This jungle doesn't have enough resources for survival anymore." Eagles' face was hidden in the shadows, and the dancing flames blocked his gaze.
He had been preparing these words for many days. But when he finally opened his mouth, his heart was indescribably sad.
Shire, however, looked happy at his words: "Really, uncle? Then you will write to me, right?"
Eagles raised his head and stared at Shire. He didn't know what he was thinking, but he nodded.
He left a small boar to Shire, while he set out on an unknown journey with the other. He was a hunter. Only a wild one could be called a hunter.
That didn't stop him from sending flowers he collected on the road to Shire.
